Is it free to list my business on Mercoly?
Yes. A basic listing is free. Paid plans add lead credits, a Verified badge, homepage spotlight placement, and marketplace selling.
How do I claim a business that's already listed?
Go to the business profile and select “Claim this listing,” then verify a 6-digit code sent to an email at the business's own website domain. Once verified you can edit everything and read any waiting customer messages.
Is Mercoly free for customers?
Yes — searching the directory, comparing businesses, reading guides, and messaging businesses are all free for customers.
Who fulfills orders placed on Mercoly?
Each seller is an independent business that handles its own orders, fulfillment, and support. Contact the business directly through its profile for order questions.
How do I fix wrong information on a listing?
Claim the listing to edit it yourself, or email support@mercoly.com and we'll correct it.
