- What do I get free vs. on a paid plan?
- Free gets you discovered: a full profile with your category, hours, reviews, and contact details shown for search. A paid plan makes your website, email, and phone clickable, delivers customer leads to you, and lets you sell online with checkout.
- How do leads work and what do they cost?
- For service industries (auto, home services, legal, etc.), customers reach you through your profile and we deliver the lead. You pay a small per-lead fee set specifically for your industry — shown privately in your dashboard once you pick your category — and only on a paid plan. Phone calls count the same as form leads. Product businesses get clickable contact instead of paid leads.
- What is the take-rate on sales?
- Mercoly takes a small percentage of each sale through the platform: 8% Free, 5% Starter, 3% Growth, 2% Pro. The more you grow, the less you pay. You're paid directly via Stripe as the merchant of record.
- Can I change or cancel anytime?
- Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your dashboard billing. Annual billing saves about two months versus monthly.
